Having More Time for Myself
One thing the last few days have taught me is that we definitely need to be making more time for ourselves. I’ve started feeling alive again, able to focus, able to prioritise without overthinking everything.
Taking the time to get to know me and not have to be constantly bombarded by noise all around has been incredible for my mental health and I hope it continues going that way.

PS: I am completely aware that I am privileged to be able to work from home, and I am soo grateful for everyone out there working in hospitals, pharmacies, food stores, handling trash/recycling, working in airports, etc. etc. You’re all amazing!
