Rise above the those being incompetent. Rise above those who don’t care.

Stay true to who you are and remember to care about what you do, so that you may be happy regardless of what those that are surrounding you may do.

If you’re happy with yourself, perhaps you can be happy continuing to live your life even surrounded by those you do not like.

Rise above them, don’t give them the satisfaction of seeing that you are hurt.
