I know about physical cleansers that make my body (and my mind, in consequence) feel better. But what is a way to detox your mind directly?

Aside from meditation, I am running out of ways to bring my mind up to a good place. What’s a way for you to get rid of all the bad feelings and detoxing your head?

  1. By reading! I feel like you can escape your realm and step into another one through books and when you come back to your original world, you come back with an enhanced perspective! 🙂

  2. I think it’s good to do some activities you like. Clearing your mind could be playing a videogame, reading something or listening to some music.

    Even talking to friends or… writing! Anything works, but it is different for everyone.
