I know about physical cleansers that make my body (and my mind, in consequence) feel better. But what is a way to detox your mind directly?
Aside from meditation, I am running out of ways to bring my mind up to a good place. What’s a way for you to get rid of all the bad feelings and detoxing your head?

I agree. Sadly, I notice that when I haven’t made the time to do it, my anxiety goes through the roof so I have learnt the hard way to make space for it in my life

Doing stuff I put off clears my mind, cleaning the windows, declutter that cupboard, sort that pile of paperwork …

I think it’s good to do some activities you like. Clearing your mind could be playing a videogame, reading something or listening to some music.
Even talking to friends or… writing! Anything works, but it is different for everyone.
