It’s Peaceful Underwater
The world can be a loud place. Gravity can be a little too strong some days. Streets can feel limiting at times.
That’s why I love swimming. I love diving in the limitless ocean and hearing the muffled up sounds, the quietness surrounding me. I love the sensation of not having to give in to gravity, of not being able to fall but just floating there. Of co-existing with other species that feel as free as yourself in that very moment.
I love the freedom of movement, the mystery of the open ocean.
I’d love to not have to resurface, but stay under forever.

Swimming is great! For me, it’s one of the few ways that I can feel free of the cane. Great post!

I’ve dreamed many times of possessing the ability to breathe underwater. That peace you feel in the ocean is exactly what I feel!
