Business is a very complicated concept, more complicated than some individuals believe it to be.

Business isn’t just about a trade. It’s not solely about approaching customers. Business is a collection of departments that work together to achieve a strong brand image that is perceived as efficient.

One could argue that small businesses do not require various departments to function effectively, and that is correct. However, in order to expand and succeed, a company must be adaptable and open to change. That company must realise that the business world is under constant change, and the only way to survive is to change with it. Identifying critical points of change and noticing which additional departments are needed to aid an organisation succeed is fundamental.
